Conclusions

conclusions can be determined after the evaluation process, it can be either positive or negative (MindTools, 2018).

Feelings

Encourage conversations about feelings before, during and after the teaching phase to determine the various emotions experienced (MindTools, 2018).

Action

once all fields are catered to, a proper action plan can be made and executed in all future proceedings (MindTools, 2018)

Evaluation

evaluation is the process of looking at the objectives and determining what worked, what did not work, what needs improvement and so on and so forth (MindTools, 2018)
