the beast pauses momentarily before charging at the man's hiding spot. the man is startled and attempts to run but as the creature is in his pursuit he hears the sound of a 3rd pair of footsteps.
The man is backed into a corner, tripping as he attempts to not hit the wall. just as the beast is about to strike an arrow pierces the beast's head. the creature falls to the floor as the life in its eyes dwindles. the man looks around confusingly as a figure emerges from the wreckage.
there stood before him a woman emerging from the wreckage with a crossbow in hand, the woman offered to help the man survive in exchange for his help to deliver an item to an outpost group across the continent.
The man learns his name to be mike before saying yes and mike and jess decide to take a walk to find a man by the name of jake.
Jake is a engineer and medic so he will be useful towards the group jess replies. as they are both walking they are faced with the decision to go further into the wreckage to find a shortcut or take the long rode to get to jakes hideout.
Jess and Mike decide to take the long route due to fear of danger in the wreckage. however unbenounced to them, they walked into the storm that was heading for Jake's hideout. Mike and jess were nearly at Jake's house when the storm hit putting them in a dangerous scenario.
the cold temperatures and strong winds cause jess and mike to nearly die however jess pulls out a flare and shoots it into the sky.
Jess and Mike hide behind a rock, but unfortunately, the storm is about to engulf them. however mike spots 2 beams of light approaching their vicinity, and a car emerges from the fog before just stopping in front of them. Jake walks out yelling at them to get in. Mike and Jess hop in the car before Jake speeds off away from the storm.
jake tells them the storm already engulfed his home. Jake tells them there is a guy they can go to who will help them survive and get materials. the man they soon learn to be named Paul.
Jake drives for hours before stopping in front of a hideout. Paul walks out asking Jake what happened. Jake tells him the storm destroyed his house and tells Paul they need a place to stay.
They decide to take the short route, jess and mike talk while they make it through the wreckage after 2 hours of walking they make it to jakes hideout before greeting him.
Jake greets them before mentioning they must add another person to the group as support. however, as you gather to make a unanimous decision a storm brews and you are faced with the decision to go into the storm to get this 4th group member or stay inside to be protected from the storm.
the group decides to stay indoors however the lightning of the storm outside strikes the house causing parts of it to burn down the group is forced to sleep in a secret compartment of the house for the night. While Jess sleeps Mike and Jake talk about their situation. Jake shows his suspicions of this outpost group and wonders why they want this behlit so badly. mike asks to see the behlit and Jake shows him. the behlit has strange features such as a face that is scattered around the behlit. mike tells jake that the appearance of it disturbed him
The storm clears, and the group walks outside, half of the house burned down. the group decides to start walking to the 4th group member's house who we learn to be named dave.
we are brought to a old run down car, the car while big, is old and looks as if it wont get far. Mike questions if it will work and Jake jokes calling the car ol reliable.
We are now faced with the decision to go to a survival group, which Jake calls Paul and his crew. Paul is a middle-aged man but has experience with firearms and the surrounding area. or we could use ol reliable and attempt to get to Dave's hideout early. Paul's crew has supplies although may take time to get there and take a turn to Dave's hideout. the car is old and unreliable so if they try to go to Dave's hideout the car may break. Mike, Jess, and Jake and forced with this decision which will they choose?
the group decides to go to Dave's hideout. Jake's car fills with heat under the sun's rays as they traverse through the desert. the group eventually arrives at jakes hideout but it seems to have been barged in. mike questions if they should go in there as he hears whispers coming from the house. jake grabs a handgun he had stored in his glove compartment as he gets out the car and sneaks into the house with the rest of the group.
inside they find a blonde haired man with a buzz cut kneeling down while an ak-47 stares at the back of his head. the man holding it tells Dave they gave him to many chances to pay up the money threatening to kill him and loot the house. jess and jake hide in a corner while mike hides on an opposite side of the room. the man and his companion tell Dave that he will pull the trigger counting down from 5 as to mock Dave. just as Dave is about to die mike trips over an item. the man stops counting. mike emerges from the dark before begging the man to spare Dave's life. the man asks why he should care and mike proposes an opportunity. mike tells the man he could've have money and the man looks outside staring at the vehicle. the man says he wants the car and everything in it but mike says he can just give him the car but the man persists. the mans friend grabs mike and puts his a sub machine gun to his head. mike says that he needs the stuff in the car and tells the man to think about the offer. the man says okay but how about I just kill both of y'all and take everything in the car too. the man then begins counting down again. mike then quitley says okay knowing that his group needed the stuff. the man still counts down not hearing mike.
Mike yells okay as the man stops counting. mike signals for Jake to do something as the man hears commotion behind him he begins to turn. mike then needing to distract the man begins insulting him. the man turns his head to face mike before raising his gun to shoot him as he is about to pull the trigger a loud bang is heard as the man falls to his knees, blood rushing out of his head. the second man then gets shot multiple times in the chest before also collapsing.
Jake walks out of his hiding spot with Jess, mike, Dave, Jess, Jake, all walk out of the house as Dave thanks mike and the group for saving him.
Dave walks out the feeling of wind blowing in his face as he sees the setting sun filling him with relief dave asks jake "so... where we going?.
Jess tells the group that rather they can go into the winter storm near the upper part of the continent to get to the outpost group or they can go directly into the desert where they can use a train system to make it to the outpost group faster. however jess brings up the possibility of going through a cave tavern and using it as a shortcut to get to a jungle area and get to the outpost group.
the group decides to go to the jungle due to the cave likely leading to nowhere. the group would start traversing through the plains area to get to the jungle.
the group manages to make it to the jungles near the caribbean. mike asks jess if she knows the area before saying that no one has been here in years.
the group would then travel through the jungle and its harsh terrain and environment before Jake hears something behind him.
a giant insect appears behind him as Jake and mike run from the beast.
A decision must be made rather Dave can run with mike and hide with them for protection or he can attempt to kill the creature.
dave decides to run with jake and mike as they both hine behind a tree.
The group runs as the creature discovers them. they run for what seems like minutes as jake gets tired. they approach a cliff as they are back into the edge of it.
just the jess walks behind the creature shooting its wings as it falls over the cliff and dies.
the group thank jess and decide that the jungle is too much and leave to go back to the desert.
the group walks for hours before reaching a river that seems to be unoccupied. the group decides that they could take the river to go around travel across the rough terrain and just go by sea. dave asks where they will get a boat as jake comes up with an idea.
jake takes them miles away from where they are to closer to the coast as he introduces them to a group of pirates he befriended year ago. the pirates tell jake that they can take them around the terrain and to northern canada where they can walk the plains to the outpost group.
they decide to leave as the ship starts moving and jess gets an uncomfortable feeling about the ship.
they travel for hours before a storm appears and the crew is forced inside the ship. the leader of the group, nicknamed metalmouth for his metal filling tell the group that there is a legend about a kraken that destroys any ship in the atlantic.
just then a loud crash is heard as they go to investigate. one of the crew members tells metalmouth that a big hole is in the ship and its sinking.
they look outside before seeing a giant octopus creature attempting to destroy the ship. metal mouth tells the group not to panic but is cut-off by the halls filling with water.
the ship is submerged as mike attempts to save his friends but to no avail. mike emerges from the water clinging onto a shred from the ship as he sees the giant grab him and force him in its mouth.
As steady as she goes ending
he decides to attempt to kill the creature and grabs his gun. the flying insect dodges his bullets with relative ease.
mike sees the creature has a large sack most likley as a stomach. dave decides that that is the best choice to kill it.
The insect knocks over Dave as he falls to the floor gun kicked away. just then Mike and jake come in as Dave yells for them to shoot its stomach.
jake then gets a clear shot on the insect as it falls to the floor before dave grabs his gun and kills it.
the group is stunned as jake and mike emerge from the bushes. they decide to see where jess went as they explore the area. the beauty of it mesmerising them.
the group then finds jess as she looks beyond at a waterfall in the distance. the group decides whether or not to venture out into the mountains near the outpost or to stay in the jungle.
the group decides to go to the mountains across the jungle to make it to the outpost group.
the group travel for many days before finally reaching the mountains. jake collapses to the floor from exhaustion as dave and jess sit on a log to relax.
the group decides to stay their for a couple days as they start to set up camp and get recourses from a village nearby.
as the days pass mike gets bored and decides to climb a mountain.
he goes to the very top as he decides what to do with his life. he thinks about the time he spent in the village and decides to go back down to discuss with the group.
he talks about how he wants to stay in the village as it is the only familey he has truly known and how the rest of the group should do the same.
jess talks about the mission explaining just how important it is to here but just then jake stands up and tells the group that he might stay with Michel. mike then tells the group that him and jake are staying and if they stay with them then they can live peacefully. dave tells jess that if she stays then he will stay and she now has to make a decision on whether or not to stay in the village.
jess decides to continue the mission as dave follows suite. dave and jess talk as dave asks jess if that was the smartest decision.
they continue to travel on 2 horses the village gave them as they approach the desert.
dave and jess arrive at the desert and dave asks jess to stop. dave tells jess if what she did back there was a good idea and jess tells dave that she doesnt.
jess tells dave that she has wanted a day in her life to live with a familey and that the outpost group has helped her more then their group ever did.
they travel for more hours before they see cars in the distance. they pull out their guns but then people walk out of the cars and its some of the outpost leaders. gus walks out telling jess that he is proud of her and has heard of their troubles. he explains that the outpost group will welcome them in if they give the behlit.
jess hands the behlit over to gus before he then says that he has heard about the communities she was with and tells her she can stay in their city or continue to venture out by herself and dave.
they decide not to go as gus and the leaders with them well. they decide to race with their horses as they approach paul's hideout.
they talk about life and decide that they are content with being in pauls crew as they talk about their past. they arrive at pauls door and he welcomes them in as they tell him about mike and jake.
days pass and jess and dave decide that this crew will now be their new home as they look into the future hoping for a better day.
Crew ending.
jess decides to go with gus as dave hops in the backseat with her. they arrive at a city as a massive door is pulled down and her and dave are let in
jess and dave decide to stay here as they consider it content and they use the money the leaders gave them to buy a small house as they decide to live there for the rest of their lives.
Outpost ending
jess says that she will stay and the group decide to venture downward as they discuss what they will do.
days pass and the group now lives fully. jake and mike goes fishing near the river as dave and jess hang out.
the group stays together. as they all look outward into the horizon, hopeful for another day to come.
Village ending
the group decides to stay in the jungle. they look of into the distance of sunny skies and vegetation as they have hope for another day. the group questions the outpost group and decides to abandon their mission as they spend the rest of their lives in the jungle.
Jungle ending
the group walks into the cave the darkness jake illuminating the way by his torch.
Dave begrudgingly carries gasoline for the car as they descend into the darkness of the caves complex systems.
Just as the group traverses through the cave systems a giant spider emerges from the dark just as dave begins to finds cave paintings depicting dwarfs.
the spider crawls over to the group as Jake and mike stubble into one of its webs. dave drops his gun as he sees jakes torch which has fallen down.
Dave then pours the car gasoline he had and the spider charges at him as he uses the torch jake dropped and the beast bursts into flames.
the spider dies as it falls to the floor lifeless. Dave frees the group from the webs as they continue to traverse the caves.
Just then multiple dwarfs emerge from the darkness telling the group that they are thankful for them destroying the spider and as tradition a might warrior shall take place in their underground civilization. the group must decide to rather continue traversing the caves or abandon their mission to live with the dwarfs.
the group decides to stay with the dwarfs as the door to the city opens they see a massive underground city. the city is filled with lights and bridges as the group decides this shall now be their home
Underground ending
The group decides to take the train as they drive to the middle of the continent before needing to abandon the vehicle to go on the train.
They decide to take the colder route, and the group moves out of the desert into the plains near the middle part of the continent. they then enter the snowy part of the continent.
dave, jess, mike and jake drive in their car as bandits pursue them. jake stares at the behlit as jess holds it closely and jake grabs it putting it on the car causing the car to speed up do to the behlits magical abilities.
the car speeds up and they escape the bandits but end up crashing the car in a snowy forest.
The group sees a mountain in the distance as an avalanche tumbles down on them. jess and jake both get trapped under the snow and mike and dave cant get them out.
dave and Mike walk for hours unsure of where to go before the cold starts to affect them. dave and Mike both spend time laying on a boulder sunken into the ground they found and both give into the cold and die.
Freeze Ending
the group decides to go to Paul's base and after hours of driving on road they manage to make it to Paul's base. the car comes to a halt as Paul and some of his crews members walk outside. Jake jokes about the car telling Paul" guess she ain't to unreliable at all" hinting at Paul joking about the car earlier and them having known each other.
Mike, Jess, and Jake, all walk into the base. Mike stares at all the weapons and armour while Paul jokes telling Mike he could stare at them all day while laughing. Jess walks outside and sits on one of the chairs while staring at the night sky. Some of Paul's crew members and Jake all sit on one of the couches while joking and reminiscing about old times while drinking beer. Mike is handed one but only holds it in his hand the entire time. Mike walks outside to one of the balconies while holding a beer in hand his gaze locked onto something below. Paul walks out asking Mike where he's from. Mike stays silent for a moment before saying " i don't know" Paul says maybe they should both go inside.
mike renters the base as Jake and members of paul's crew who we learn to be named Jack and Todd. the group decides to wrap up the night and jess renters the house as mike Jake and everybody else decides to go to sleep.
That night Mike has a nightmare He imagines the behelit in a black void when suddenly the behelit's facial features begin to shift into a face and cry blood while screaming. Mike images the area begins to fill with skulls and flesh before waking up from the nightmare in a cold sweat.
Mike walks outside the feeling of his boots pressing against the desert sand soothing his worries as the wind truffles through his hair. Mike looks up at the clear blue sky calming any fear in him, mike exhales writing his vision as just a bad dream.
Mike walks back inside the wind flowing through the open door as the others wake up. Paul gets up, joking with Mike saying "Mike, "not enough sleep can kill a man" while chuckling. Paul gets up along with Jack and Todd. Mike glances of at Jake and Jess's beds. jake lies there groaning and rolling around not wanting to get out of bed. mike looks at Jess's bed she appears to be missing. paul offers to make the group breakfast joking that its the most important meal of the day. jake rolls out of bed telling mike that jess probably left the base to take a walk. jack, todd, and mike at sit at the table. jack opens a discussion asking mike what he thinks about jess. mike mumbles "shes nice" jack talks to mike telling him "shes quite the character always going out never wanting to discuss" todd says that maybe she just doesn't want to talk and that she seems nice.
the talk is interrupted by Jake walking in. Jake sits while eating his bacon and egg telling the trio that while he does think she is a good person, he doesn't believe that this outpost group is trustworthy and thinks she trusts them too much. mike says whats the deal with this outpost group? why are you judging them when you just seem to be going of intuition. Jake tells mike that he doesn't know them like he does and that he's known of them for years.
Paul walks in asking the group how they're doing, we are doing good. Jake replies. Paul asks Mike to follow him telling him that it's time for him to show Mike something. mike walks in an orchestra of guns and ammunition boarded onto the walls. "A man's gun is like his pride" Paul tells Mike "So what would you like to get as your first gun" Mike stares at the array of weapons. he sees submachine guns, AK 47s and many more. "don't pick one too big you don't wanna seem like your compensating for something" mike stares at a gun. its grey colour and shape grabbing his vision. Paul grabs out two guns. "this, is a 44mm magnum gun. its perfect for someone who isn't an enthusiast but wants protection. this is also a gun but a 22mm" so which would it be? The 44mm Is easy to use but, is harder to reload and isn't far range. the 22mm is easy to reload and more powerful but will be unstable with low velocity and will require you to reload more.
Mike decides to use the 44m however, due to inexperience he accidently shoots the floor as the bullet ricochets off the floor. the bullet then stops as Paul decides to teach mike how to use it.
mike decides to pick the ladder mike feels the weight of the 22m in his hands and suddenly feels a surge of power drift through him.
mike walks out before aiming at a piece of metal sitting outside of the base. mike walks onto the balcony before attempting to shoot the metal, however he did not enticipate the force of the whiplash and the gun fell out of his hands onto the floor. paul sees this and relaizes maybe the 44m was the better option before giving mike the second gun and teaching him how to use it.
mike walks out to the rest of the group as they prepare to go to dave's hideout. paul asks jake if they going to need them or not.
Jake tells paul that it might be for the best that he brings backup as paul and his crew grab guns and equipment as they prepare to drive to dave's hideout.
the crew drives over to pauls place. as they pull up they see dave kneeling Infront of two bandits as the crew pull over with their guns yelling at the bandits to surrender. the bandit shoots as the crew starts firing. dave hides behind a wrecked car as mike hides behind one of the cars before being able to get a clean shot on one of the bandits.
dave thanks the crew for saving him before they decide to head back to the base and gather themselves.
dave and the group arrives at the base as they sleep for the night and decide to go out to adventure the next day.
The group wakes up and decides to go to the middle of the continent to use a train to get to the outpost group quicker.
the group hop in their car as they drive to the desert of north america to deliver the behlit.
on their way a group of bandits chase them jake mentions to the group that they should've asked paul and his group to help them as the bandits chase them. jake looks at the behlit as it begins to glow, he holds it to the car as the car speeds up and leaves the bandits in the dust. the car then crashes as they make it to the train station.
the area seems devoid of people as Jake takes 30 minutes to start the train engine. the group spends a day driving on the train.
dave and Mike talk while the train drives during the night. Mike talks about their situation and asks Dave what he thinks about the outpost group before Dave says who cares what I think?
the night is over as Jess and Jake take turns driving the train as Dave and Mike wake up. they have run out of food as the desert heat blazes on them, and the train breaks. dave tells exhausted jake to come up with something to fix the train or he is leaving the train to find an outpost as Jake warns him he will die if he goes out into the desert.
dave gets mad as he mocks why they even are on this train as jake remembers about the behelit. jake gets up and grabs the behelit before using it to start the train.
the train speeds up as Dave sticks his head out the window to celebrate and get fresh air. the train speeds up as Jake attempts to stop it.
the train flips as the group attempts to hold on to their lives. the train stops as the group walks out with a injured mike. jake kneels to the floor thinking about how this could've happened while the sun goes down.
jake stares off into the distance as multiple lights emerge from the horizon. jake realizes that the outpost group is here and is not happy for their train crashing.
the cars pull up as one of the leaders walks out of the car as he walks up to jake before saying "don't talk, listen" jake stays silent as the group leaders name is revealed to be gus. gus insults jake telling him he is fired from this mission as they not only lost the behelit in the train crash they have also cut off their made form of transportation between the southern and northern and western side of the continent. another man walks out of the car named victor as he taunts the group.
mike then begs the men to spare their lives as he thinks of ways to come out of this alive. Victor tells them that crashing the train is not okay as Mike thinks of ways to coarse the outpost group to spare them. Victor kneels to Jake's level and mocks Jake for staying silent. victor then says that he will spare 3 people of the group while taking one. Should Jake tell them to leave as during the night beasts come out to hunt and that if the outpost group spend anymore time here they will all die or does he stay silent.
jake tells them that if they stay here any longer they will die from the beasts that emerge at night as victor tells jake that is a wonderful idea. the men then abandon the desert leaving the group to die.
just as the group thinks they will die paul shows up and tells them to hop on the horses to bring them to safety.
The group are then brought to Paul's base as they decide what they should do. Suddenly todd speaks up asking Paul if they remember that mansion hideout owned by the bartolozzi's
paul tells them about a mansion owned by a family named the bartolozzi's and how they might take them in.
the group decides to go out to the family's mansion and uses one of paul's cars to get there. the group drives overnight before reaching one of the forests in the northern part of america.
the group reaches the forests before Jake tells them they need to abandon their vehicle to get to the family's mansion, after walking for what seemed like hours the group sees the Bartolozzi mansion.
the group walks over the bridge that connects the forest to the mansion as the rain pours heavy on them and fog fills the air.
the group finally reach the door as the family butler, Rober, answers the door. the butler welcomes them as the father of the family: Joe asks them to sit on the couch. the mother then walks in as joe introduces her as mary.
They tell the group that they can stay here as word has spread about them crashing the train that was owned by the Outpost group and that they can take refuge here for the rest of their lives.
The butler introduces them to their rooms as they explore the mansion. the group sleep for the night before waking up and having breakfast.
many months pass as the group walks outside the clear blue sky and the breeze of fresh air bring them comfort. the group look up to the sky knowing from now on they would have a place to stay.
Home sweet home ending
jake stays silent as victor does a mini miny moe to pick who he should pick to take.
he ends up picking jake as the men leave just before night fall as the group is left in shock trying to decide what to do next.
paul and his crew show up on horses as mike explains to them they took jake.
the crew take mike jess and dave to the hideout as they plan on what to do next.
the group heads back to Paul's place as they gear up with equipment to take revenge on the outpost group. Paul and his crew help the group to go to the outpost group's hideout. Paul explains that they live in a massive city with 30,000 people and that they will need time to prepare.
the group then drives to the western part of the continent as they prepare to save jake and take revenge on the group.
the group drives for a day as paul talk with mike as mike opens up about his memory loss and dave talks about his lost sister. the group arrives at the gates of the city before the guards ask why they are here jess sneaks in through a opening in the walls and knocks out the soldiers before opening the doors as the group drive through in order to save jake.
the group splits up as Paul and Mike break into the capital mike splits up with Paul to find Victor and Gus. dave walks into the building before seeing soldiers and guards chasing mike. dave decides to sacrifice himself by distracting the guards before getting shot.
mike finds victor and gus before gus raises his gun to shoot mike but his gun was knocked out of his hand by paul as victor runs and paul backs gus into a corner.
paul and gus talk as paul asks if he is happy with himself as gus says "no, not yet" paul then cuts him off by shotting gus as the life disappears from him.
mike catches victor but just as he is about to shoot him jess shows up asking if they should go save jake instead of getting victor. mike has to take a tough decision here.
Mike decides to follow Jess to find Jake as he informs Jess that dave died. the Mike and jess find Jake after going into a downstairs compartment of the building where they find him chained up and beaten. they carry him on their shoulders as they run out of the building.
they are forced to go to a flat lands part out side of the city due to the border collapsing from pauls crews bombs.
they collapse by the lake as jess asks where paul is to where mike says that he hasn't seen paul since they saved jake.
Jake crawls over to the river, the water flushing the blood from his hands as he feels something touch them.
jake pulls out the behelit, the one they lost back at the train crash. jake wonders how the behelit could've ended up their. mike looks up as the moon begins to cover the sun as the sky becomes dark.
jake holds the behelit it's strange facial features beginning to morph into a face before crying blood while screaming.
the landfills with skulls and blood rivers as an enormous eclipse hovers over them. an entity is summoned in front of them before telling Jake that he can sacrifice his friends and in return he will be brought back in time to when the train crashed so he would not be tortured.
Jake says no as he is brought back to the river he was kneeling on, mike asks jake whats wrong as they here the sound of guards surrounding them before they meet their fate as the guards shoot arrows into the group.
Captured Ending
jake decides to submit to the entity as the area around him becomes white and he wakes up Infront of train crash as he sees the glairs of gus and victors cars coming in the distance.
Eclipse Ending
mike decides to chase victor as jess runs from the footsteps of guards. mike backs victor into a room as mike tells victor this is the end of him.
victor pulls out a gun as they both fire at each other. mike misses most of his shots as his gun's bullets hit propane tanks instead of victor. mike falls to the ground as he realises he was shot in the stomach.
Mike falls to the ground as Victor mocks him going into detail about how they tortured Jake. Mike hears the sound of gas leaving the propane tanks. just as Victor is about to shoot him Mike pulls out a lighter as victor realizes what Mike is about to do. Mike ignites the lighter as the room explodes into flames killing mike and victor along with him.
Explosion ending
Dave decides to go outside as the sun blazes onto him as dave drags himself to find a place for shelter.
dave collapses as his body begins to fail due to the lack of nutrients in his body and due to the heat. the group then suffers as similar fate as the train cooks them alive.
Heatstroke ending
jake tell paul that they dont need backup as jess helps the group pack up to go to daves hideout.
Jake and the gang then drive to Dave's hideout before arriving. mike pulls out his 44m as he sees 2 bandits in the distance. their car pulls up as they see dave kneeling before the sun as a gun stares at the back of his head.
the group tells the bandits to let him go as they pull out their guns and things turn heated.
jake is shot and falls to the ground as jess follows suite. mike kneels on the floor as he cant find his gun and the ringing in his ears is too loud. mike puts his head up after a couple moments the silence filling him with dread. mike glances at dave as he lies motionless. mikes vision is redirected at his gun thats is now kicked away.
mike crawls over to his gun and just as he is about to grab it a foot steps on it as mike looks up to the one of the bandits looking down on him. mike asks the bandit "please dont shoo-" mike is cutoff as the bandit shoots him in the head.
Shot ending
