La Gastronomía

La gastronomía es el estudio del nexo que tienen los seres humanos con su alimentación en relación a su medio ambiente o entorno. Su nombre proviene del griego “gastrós”, que significa “estómago o vientre” y “nomos” que significa “ley”.
