Upload and share YOG photos and news snippets that communicate Atos' role in YOG and push products

Interact and engage based on exiting social media guideline

Sharing & Dissemination - Create SharePoint account to facilitate sharing of photos, messages, captions, etc by 1st August 2014
CHINA

Ground crew in Nanjing to upload photos from the games and provide soundbytes based on push products daily from 16th - 28th Aug

APAC

To select photos and provide messages/ captions for dissemination on social media platforms

Send photos,etc back to appointed personnel in China and rest of APAC offices for dissemination

Develop clear message based on concept and push products - Big Data and Mobility.
Create Highlight / Figure of the Day to underscore Atos' achievements during the games

China to provide relevant information for push products pertaining to the Nanjing YOG by 14 July 2014

Proposed highlights / Figure of the Day submit for approval on 21 July and approve by 11 August 2014

Release approved highlights/ Figure of the Day to China & APAC personnel involved in social media dissemination during the Games by 11 August 2014
