Fase conoscitiva: durante la prima lezione attraverso la tecnica del circle time, modificando il setting d'aula attraverso una disposizione circolare delle sedie, si coinvolgerà l'intero gruppo classe in maniera inclusiva e partecipativa, al fine di esplorare le preconoscenze in merito a tutto ciò che riguarda le emozioni, la propria sfera emotiva e l'espressione degli stati emotivi
Fase operativa: durante la seconda lezione si cercherà di promuovere una maggiore conoscenza e consapevolezza emotiva nel singolo e nel gruppo attraverso narrazioni, simulazioni di scene reali in cui verranno proposte diverse modalità di reazione comportamentale ed emotiva. Attraverso anche il supporto di materiale multimediale (musica e video).
