In the years of marriage it seemed that Mr. Foster was delaying with the sole purpose of intensifying his wife's suffering.
Mrs. Foster liked her daughter very much and, above all, she had the desire to meet her three grandchildren who were in Paris.
Mr. Foster was a businessman who for no reason planned to leave New York City
Mrs. Foster and her fear that it was almost a disease
Only the thought of being late to anything generated an unease
Mrs. Foster's trip alone to Paris

She almost lost the flight, but due to bad weather conditions at the airport they decided to reschedule the flight

When she returns from Paris, she asks for help because the elevator was granted (she knew that Mr. Foster was there)
