People in Pakistan feel a strong emotional need for rules, even if they don't always work well. Time is highly valued, with a strong urge to stay busy and work hard. Being precise and punctual is usual, while new ideas might face resistance. Security is a big motivator for people in this society.
I can support this score by recalling the last time I went to Pakistan. Everyone you meet there, whether it be on the street, at a place of work, or at school, are all hardworking individuals. People will find ways to make ends meet by selling their products on the street.

Pakistani society is more collective and prioritizes peace within the group over individual success. Individuals frequently put the needs of their organizations, families, and communities before their own.
A personal connection I can make to support this description is how since Pakistan is a predominantly Muslim country, our values tend to lie within Islam. For this example specifically, Muslims are to treat each other as if we are a part of one body, if one part of the body is hurt, the rest of the body feels the pain as well. This means that we should care for one another and be selfless in any situation.

Pakistan strongly follows established norms. In these societies, people care a lot about finding the absolute truth and sticking to traditional ways of thinking. They don't save much for the future and prefer getting results quickly.
From personal experience, Pakistanis, especially those back home, can be very close minded to new and "modern" ways of living. They prefer sticking to tradition. By doing this, the culture is passed down to the newer generations and therefore, the cycle repeats. (For example, food recipes)

In Pakistan, your worth is sometimes determined by your last name. A caste system that has been integrated into their society can determine whether or not you are wealthy.
