Funciones del Lenguaje Se entiende por las funciones del lenguaje a los distintos cometidos con que el ser humano emplea el lenguaje, es decir, los propósitos comunicativos con los que utiliza esa herramienta cognitiva y abstracta.

Son una serie de enunciados del lenguaje que son agrupados porque tienen ciertas similitudes en su contenido temático, su estilo verbal y su composición. Los géneros discursivos son tipos relativamente estables de enunciados que los hablantes utilizan en los diferentes ámbitos de la comunicación humana

Tenses demonstrate the time of actions centered around the subject of the sentence. These actions are called verbs and change according to tenses.

Genero discursivo

There are four Future tenses:

• Future Simple ('with Will' and 'with Going to')
• Future Continuous
• Future Perfect Simple
• Future Perfect Continuous

El genero discursivo simple acerca de mi perfil profesional, según la experiencia que poseo y desarrollo en el estudio de mi carrera y en mi trabajo.

El genero discursivo complejo a raiz de mi cargo desempeñado en mi trabajo es analizar mis funciones tales como:

Ser empatica con la gente

Ayudar al cliente resolviendo todas sus dudas y consultas

Ofrecer una atención al cliente calidad

Que le cliente se sienta satisfecho

Generos discursivos

There are four Past tenses:

• Past Simple
• Past Continuous
• Past Perfect Simple
• Past Perfect Continuous

Secundarios

Past Perfect Continuous is used:

• for an action that started in the past and continued up to another point in the past
• to show cause and effect

Some adverbs used with Past Perfect Continuous:

• since (e.g. since yesterday)
• for (e.g. for 10 years, for 6 months)

Estos son mucho más amplios, complejos y mucho más elaborados, nacen y se crean a partir de los géneros primarios, en su mayoría son escritos y pasan obligatoriamente por un proceso de planificación, tomando en cuenta estas características, una novela, una película, una obra teatral, un discurso político, un informe científico, un musical, entre otros.

Structure:

Had + Subject + been Verb-ING?

e.g. How long had they been living in London before moving here?

Primarios simples

Present Perfect is used for:

• an action that occurred at a time which is indefinite and has its effect on the subject
• an action that occurred many times and has the possibility to occur in the present/future
• an action that began in the past and is still going on in the present

Some adverbs used with Present Perfect:

• just
• already
• yet
• for
• never/ever
• up to now

Son los que corresponden a la comunicación cotidiana, oral o escrita. Las conversaciones que se realizan en las diferentes areas de la vida cotidiana entran en este género y se caracterizan por ser sencillas, espontáneas y en la mayoría de la ocasiones respuestas inmediatas de una conversación.
