memory tools

use memoronic devices

eg chunking imagery acrostics

take up a new skill

eg take up an instrument

play brain teasers like lumocity or sudoku

eat the right foods that help your brain

such as walnuts fish and olive oil

do not multi-task

sleep more

don't pull all nighters
