Tipos de datos en una tabla de Access.

En una tabla de Access, los diversos tipos de datos se denominan "campos". Los usuarios pueden adjuntar múltiples archivos como imágenes, documentos de texto, hojas de cálculo y gráficos.

El asistente de busqueda nos permite crear una lista de datos a escoger en un campo

Datos abjuntos
Podemos adjuntar en un campo más de una imágen, documento de texto, hojas de calculo y también gráficos.

Hipervinculo.
Podremos ingresar un hipervínculo en un campo.

Objeto OLE
El objeto OLE nos permite enlazar o adjuntar archivos de texto o hojas de calculo.

EJEMPLO: Adjunto un archivo de Word o Excel.

Sí/No
El sí/no nos permite seleccionar un registro em el cual se requiera un: Sí o no.

EJEMPLO: ¿Es soltero/a? Si/No

Autonumeración.
Se generaran un número automáticamente al ingresar un nuevo registro.

EJEMPLO: Id / auto numeración

Moneda.
En este campo podemos ingresar un valor numérico que automáticamente tomara valor monetario, dependiendo de la moneda que hayamos seleccionado.

EJEMPLO: GANANCIA: $300.00

Fecha y hora.
