The part of speech is a category to which a word is assigned according to its syntactic functions. In English the main parts of speech are noun, pronoun, adjective, determiner, verb, adverb, preposition, conjunction, and interjection.

Carbs

No, carbs do not makes us fat overeating them is what negatively affects our health, because we consume more than we burn, this causes any food we eat to turn into fat.
