BUSINESS SHORT TEXTS

OFFICIAL BUSINESS FORM

Business forms are types of documents that are commonly used in
running a business. Whether they are used for business transactions or other business correspondence, many businesses require forms for legal purposes while also needing forms for simple processes such as work orders or invoices at the same time.

MEMOS

Memps are an important form of written communication within companies. They are sent to other people within the same organization.

* A memo is generally not as formal as a written letter. However, it is certainly not as informal as a personal letter. * The tone of a memo is generally friendly as it is a communication between colleagues.

AVOID Difficult words or phrasing. Unnecessary details. Complicated sentences.

DO Use simple, clear language. Include the important information. Write exactly what you mean. Proofread your document.

E-MAILS

*We can find informal and formal or business emails.
*• Generally, we begin informal emails with Dear…, Hi…, Hello… followed by a comma.
• The introduction is the first paragraph, here we ask about our friend’s health, we thank her/him for her/his
previous email, we mention the reason for writing, etc.

Thanks for your email…
It was great to hear from you..
How are you?...
Hope you’re fine…
How’s your family?
I have good news about…
I’m writing to tell-ask you about…

Conclusion:
Write soon!
That’s all for now!
Well, that’s all my news,

Closing an email:
Regards,
Lots of love,
Love,
Best wishes,
