Trenches and Weapons of World War 1
Some of the main weapons in World War 1 was rifles, machine guns, tanks, artillery, bombs, poison gas, and aircraft.

Tanks were first used on September 15, 1916 on the battlefield of Somme.
The Zeppelin was used to bomb London and this was a main start of World War 1
Trenches were not very comfortable and they were squeezed next to each other.

Many people cut their hair because they did not want to get lice in their hair. They got diseases from rats and if they did not cut their hair lice would sometimes carry diseases.
