NIVELES DE PLANEACIÓN

En una organización, la planeación se divide en distintos niveles que poseen características y alcances únicos. El nivel operativo, también conocido como logístico, se encarga de tareas específicas dentro de secciones particulares de un departamento, y es gestionado por jefes de secciones como contabilidad o costos.
