Sports activity

After the invasion games learners will get 10 minutes to take a break then they will start with sports activities for 16 minutes.

These sport activities will help them with their extra mural activities plus promote collaboration.

Learners will spend 8 minutes on cooling down to end the 1-hour physical exercise class.
