Reassess BP prior to medication administration

Mobilization of extra-cellular fluid into vascular compartment

Pain at Caesarean Section Site

Active Bowel Sounds in all 4 Quadrants

Docusate Sodium 100 mg BID/PRN PO

Patient Teaching:
Ambulation

Acetaminophen 975 mg Q6H/PRN PO

Morphine 5-10 mg Q4H/PRN PO

Pain during re-positioning in bed/
from sitting to standing

No signs of Infection or Inflammation/ Incision site is dry and healing well
