the right to work and education

The right to education is a fundamental human right. Every individual, irrespective of race, gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion or political preference, age or disability, is entitled to free elementary education.

Right to Recognition as a Person before the Law

Every person has the right to enjoy a person's human rights without discrimination. Every person is equal before the law and is entitled to the equal protection of the law without discrimination.

Right to Fair Public Hearing

this ensures that the judicial system conducts fair trials, not mere show trials in which conviction is a foregone conclusion

Right to Adequate Living Standard

Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services,

Right to Life, Liberty, Personal Security

guarantees our legal rights, which protect our personal autonomy and bodily integrity from laws or actions by the government that violate those rights.

Right to Free Movement in and out of the Country

permanent residents have the right to travel freely within the country and to leave and enter Canada whenever they want.

Right to Asylum in other Countries from Persecution

any person whose life is in danger in their own country has the right to seek protection and asylum in another country.

Right to Own Property

Everyone has the right to own property no matter race, gender, or situation.

Freedom from Discrimination

everyone has the right to not be discriminated against

Right to Participate in Government and in Free Elections

Every citizen of Canada has the right to vote in an election no matter who you are. In prison or gender everyone above the age of 18 can vote.
