Executive

Can sign or the laws passed by the congress

Congress can override presidential vetoes with a two-thirds vote from both chambers

The president and congress have access or the power to approve or reject the nomination

The judicial branch can check and balance both the legislative branch and the executive branch.

Legislative

The congress can confirm or reject the president

The legislative branch makes laws, but the judicial branch can declare those laws unconstitutional.
