Look for patterns. Keep a log of what you do during the day and when you feel anxiety. (helps you recognize triggers and find ways to avoid or deal with them)
Counseling/talk about it (helps you see the cause and put things into perspective as well as discover solutions)
Positive self talk (creates new pathways in the brain that can become the new go-to mentally)
Take deep breaths (gives your body a fresh supply of oxygen, releasing chemicals that will help you feel better)
