People with the FM believe their abilities are carved in stone
In this way,l people with the FM view their abilites as immutable inalterable.
From this viewpoint, one either has an aiblity or one does not. It doesn't develop over time.
People with the FM believe that abilities that can not be changed are typically due to genetics
Because they believe their abilites are genetically determine, they don't believe that they can develop their abilities.
They will put in max effort even if they are unsure about success
People with the GM believe that their abilities can change
They believe that they can self cultivate these abilities
They can grow their abilities in a way that plants can grow

FM
The FM failure threatens and effects self esteem in a negative way
People with the FM don't like challenges they want to stay in their comfort zone
They do not want to try new thing for the risk of failure

The GM failure is not affecting self esteem
People with the GM enjoy the challenges and venture outside their comfort zone
They will risk failure in order to self cultivate
